I have been trying for months to get my Garuda miles credited for my flights from London-Bali and back again,, and despite submitting my boarding passes, nothing has happened and I am still trying to get somebody to respond to my requests.
Also during this time i have noticed that I was lied to last year when I received an email from one of your staff saying that my flights from London to Bali and back had been credited, when in fact it was only one section of my flight that was credited and not the whole flight.

I have been flying with you for over 20 years as I go to Bali, 1 or 2 times a year on business, I need my miles credited as i use them for extra luggage weight.
I am very disappointed that it is so hard to get my miles credited, I have never had this problem with any other airline.
